Class Schedule
Classes normally meet every Monday 6:00pm - 7:30pm at the Live Oak Park Recreation Center and on Saturday from 9:30am - 11:00am. Class is sometimes cancelled, so please send us e-mail before you come to class to confirm, especially if you're a new student or haven't been to practice recently.
Also, whenever possible, please try to arrive at class 10 minutes early to help put out mats.
