Warren Pottebaum holds a third degree black belt issued by Shihan Seiji Tanaka (8th dan), chairman of the TAA. Warren has been practicing Aikido for over 18 years and has been teaching Aikido for the past 11 years. He began his studies under Sensei Robert Dziubla (7th dan) who was a direct student of Kenji Tomiki, the founder of Shodokan Aikido. Ash Morgan holds a third degree black belt issued by Shihan Seiji Tanaka (8th dan), chairman of the TAA. Like Warren, Ash began his training under Sensei Dziubla and continues his training with Sensei Nettles. He has been practicing aikido for over 16 years and teaching for over 9 years.
